We had a fantastic time at the Lakeshore Hotel in Hsinchu! The kids' playground was a huge hit - it's spacious and packed with so many different games and activities that our kids were entertained for hours. They also loved the swimming pool, which was perfect for their age group. Highly recommend this hotel for families!

The facilities & room were amazing. We were in a family room, it was spacious for my family of four. My kids 8&10 had room to play and it was extremely safe for them to independently roam around and play in the hotel facilities. The price is also extremely fair and I really enjoyed our stay.

The property facilities are amazing for both adults and children. They have huge play areas for different age groups and adults can enjoy the spa, indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and onsen. The breakfast has a lot of variety where we love so much! Definitely will come again

Breakfast was the best - lots of local specialties on offer and everything tasted superb. Also loved the indoor play areas within the hotel grounds - 1 for older kids and another for infants and toddlers - as well as the heated indoor pool. Rooms were huge!

Large property with modern facilities. I got a larger premium room and it was luxurious. The breakfast is the best I’ve had in a while the spread was huge and quality excellent especially the crab soup 👍. The indoor pool with warm water and jets of water really great way to spend the evening after a busy day of travelling .

great facilities for families with kids. can spend all day in the hotel. staffs go out of way to make sure your family is well taken care of. kid was down with fever and they provided thermometer and ice pack, and offered local solution to alleviate the fever.

It was our family's second visit to this hotel. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the amusement facilities and swimming pool. Personally, I found the breakfast delightful. If you have young kids, this is definitely a wonderful place to visit.

The room was large and the bathroom was equipped with everything for a toddler. The staff were especially attentive and checked in with me everyday. The play rooms were so great for my son- he loved it!

Outstanding facilities for children of almost all ages. There is an entire underground section with separate attractions that I’ve never seen at such scale for a single hotel. it looks like an underground shopping mall, and it’s only for hotel guests (you need a hotel key to swipe in the area). The service was great, and the attitude of the entire staff was commendable and made us feel welcome at all times. Added points for a seamless, relaxing express check out with key drops on every floor.
